Relax and Renew Workshop
Thursday 3 April, 2:00pm - 3:30pm, The Retreat New Forest

Taking time to relax and renew is essential to living well. Restorative yoga, combined with Deep Relaxation Yoga Nidra offers the perfect antidote to a busy life.

​

Come and lie down on your mat. Take this time for yourself to relax and let go. Slowly you will be guided into nurturing physical postures, supported by props against the ground, to provide an environment for total relaxation.

​

Restorative yoga has been shown to support a healthy spine, soothe the organs and restores the body and mind. We will finish with a guided progressive relaxation (yoga nidra) to truly unwind and let go.

​

This workshop is suitable for all, including beginners to yoga and pregnancy (second and third trimester).  Please inform me before practice if you are pregnant. info@gailtaylor.com

What to bring: Blanket, pillow, water bottle, something to cover your eyes (eye pillow or small scarf/towel).

The workshop will be held as a small group in the South Room. Places are limited so booking is essential.

About the organiser:

Gail is an accredited Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher. She trained in India with world renowned Himalayan Master, Yogrishi Vishvketu (PhD), and draws on knowledge of the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga including posture, breathwork, relaxation, meditation techniques and philosophy. Through yoga, Gail aims to encourage more balance and connection with mind, body and breath, and encourage more calm.
