Hi I'm Gail - an accredited Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach.
I'm a mother to young twin girls who keep me on my toes! I'm passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga, as it offered me so much during my own pregnancy.
I originally trained in yoga in India with Himalayan Master, Yogrishi Vishvketu (PhD), and I draw on knowledge of the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga. I trained in Pregnancy, Post Natal and Mother and Baby Yoga with Sally Parkes and has completed training in Restorative, Yin Yoga and Meditation.
I now live in Bournemouth with my family.
