The Calm Before Christmas - Yoga & Meditation Workshop

Give yourself the gift of calm this Christmas with a candlelit yoga & relaxation workshop to nourish and soothe. Take a break from your to-do list with relaxation techniques to cultivate calm, including breathwork, yoga nidra and meditations that help you unwind and de-stress.
 

Find focus on what is important as the year draws to a close and the festive season begins.  Set powerful intentions for positive change in your life.

 

Find your space in the beautiful candle -lit room. The gentle flow practice will offer the opportunity to slow down and tune in to what you need, leading to a restorative, ground-based practice, finishing with deep relaxation yoga nidra. This is the perfect opportunity to unplug and re-connect with your inner rhythms, whist restoring body, mind and soul.

The lovely Crow Spotter café is onsite offering delicious plant based lunches and refreshments (booking advisable at weekends).

What to bring: Blanket, pillow, water bottle, something to cover your eyes (eye pillow or small scarf/towel).

The workshop will be held as a small group in the Retreat’s cosy barn space. Places are limited so booking is essential.

About the organiser:

Gail is an accredited Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher. She trained in India with world renowned Himalayan Master, Yogrishi Vishvketu (PhD), and draws on knowledge of the traditional practice of Hatha Yoga including posture, breathwork, relaxation, meditation techniques and philosophy. Through yoga, Gail aims to encourage more balance and connection with mind, body and breath, and encourage more calm.
