Sunday 19th October 2025, 9:00am - 1:00pm, The Retreat New Forest

Refill your cup for the new season with a Yoga & Creative Pottery Morning
~ create an Autumnal Candle Holder ~

Autumn is a magical time of year. It is a time to return to the balance of light & dark – reuniting the mind and body with natures rhythms. As the leaves start to fall, it is the season of letting go and turning inwards to refocus on what is important and release what no longer serves.

Harness the spirit of Autumn with Pottery (Creating an Autumnal Candle Holder), Yoga, Meditation and Yoga Nidra to truly let go and relax.

-
Yoga Flow, Meditation & Sound Healing Relaxation (with Gail Taylor)
-
Pottery Workshop - Creating an Autumnal Candle Holder (Tania Ware).

The Retreat morning will take place in the Retreat's beautiful South Room. Beginning with guided meditation, calming breathwork and a gentle flowing yoga practice to ground and surrender to the new season. Yoga practice will finish with a special sound healing relaxation, blending Tibetan singing bowls and Deep Relax Yoga Nidra.
After a short break, we will tune into the grounding energy of nature and the earth, with guidance and materials from Tania Ware, the Retreat’s Therapeutic Art Practitioner, to create a candle holder honouring the change in light.

This Retreat morning is suitable for all with a willingness to journey inwards, options and modifications will be offered for yoga practice. No previous art or yoga experience is required.

Gail and Tania look forward to welcoming you.
