A gentle women’s yoga workshop to find time to restore and rejuvenate. This workshop is for women in all life stages and cycles with gentle flows, restorative yoga and extended yoga nidra relaxation. The gentle flow practice will honour our innate feminine strength and essence, leading to a floor-based restorative practice. The workshop will finish with an extended deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra meditation. This is the perfect opportunity to unplug and re-connect, whist restoring body, mind and soul.
At the end of the workshop a refreshing tea and treat is provided, over an opportunity to reflect and chat with other women.
This workshop is suitable for all women, including pregnant women, post-natal women (over 10 weeks) and women during and post menopause.
The lovely Crow Spotter café is onsite offering delicious plant based lunches and refreshments (booking advisable at weekends).
